FROM DIANA
I don't watch
much television, but every now and again I catch fashion-related
shows like "Project Runway", "Kel on Earth", and
the "Housewives of ...(whatever)." From the pains of
production to the excesses of consumption, it's always fascinating to
watch the art in its various stages.
So what else
is fun? Seeing museum exhibits of clothing and fashion history. My
kids call it boring, but I find it interesting. If you have some time
on your hands and live near a major city (or plan to visit one), do a
Google search on "fashion + museum exhibits" and look for
upcoming shows in your area. From New York and LA and London to
Paris, you're sure to find SOMETHING to catch your interest.
Education is enlightenment. The more you know, the better you dress.
It's as simple as that.
So what's on
tap for today's articles?
How to dress
better than your friends, sleeping in bras, and the deplorable
practice of returning what you've worn.
Enjoy!
