MESSAGE FROM DIANA

It's been an interesting week in the world of celebrity fashion.

First, Gwyneth Paltrow took her stylish self to Nashville to sing a song from her upcoming movie at the Country Music Awards. I've heard the expression "Country comes to town" but never "Town goes to country." Too funny! From Shakespeare to country music, that girl has some range!

Then, Rachel Zoe announced her pregnancy. Wonder if she'll slow down or just add picking kids' shoes to her duties at Piperlime?

Finally, Prince William FINALLY proposed to Kate Middleton after 8 years of dating, and the fashion industry is all abuzz about whether she'll be the style icon Princess Diana was. But no pressure or anything . . .

In other news that has absolutely nothing to do with fashion, Amazon.com launched a new studio division to find aspiring screenwriters and film makers. It seems the YouTube generation has a voice, and Amazon wants to cultivate it. Unbelievable! Remember when they just sold books?

So now that we've kicked around some of the headlines of the day, what's on tap for today's issue? Dressing to date, how to shop in your own closet, and a closer look at Kate Middleton's style.

Enjoy!
